    slimming world????

    hey what do you guys think of doing slimming world diet to shed some body fat?

    aah yeah might be uk only its a group thing where people go to help lose weight, well 1 week you eat say your oats for breakfast and then pasta/rice and veggies all day then maybe some meat for your tea then week 2 you eat your oats for breaky then eat meat and veggies all day then pasta/rice for tea or you can change ed or stay with one all the time there might be a little more to it that is just the basics that the wife just told me she used to do it but to be honest i wasnt really that interested about dieting back then so didnt really ask about it

    Honestly it sounds like another fad diet type thing. Nothing beats consistency IMO. Also - what are your goals? I assume you're working out? This doesn't sound like a diet conducive to bodybuilding.

    yeah i work out 5 days a week with a cardio day i want to get my bf down to about 10-12 % i am currently at 15% and yeah i thought the diet did not sound good for a bb just wanted to see what other peoples opinions were i am goin to spend a couple of ours today sortin a diet out the i will post it up hopefully you could critique it for mr thanks
