    Fitday.com

a 3k calorie diet for someone who is possibly only 150lbs lbm is too much and will lead to fat gain. I assume gear is not being used?

Twist, I am a TRT patient and my normal dose is 140mg EW which puts me in upper normal range, but Im going to cruise at 200mg for the next couple of months.

Obviously it is not a problem for you but eating that ratio of fat to protein would cause me to gain fat in a big way.

The diet that I posted was a proposed one that I want to use for the next couple of months, and the pics i just posted are the results of the last few weeks of fewer and crappier calories.
