Ok basically I wanna bulk up. I'm too skinny above waste and want to get bigger. I'm a week in on test e 500mg ew and dbol 30mg blah blah. My only issue I wanna get right is diet!! And would appreciate help in this category.
Stats 24, 5'11, 17%bf (goin by my scales) , and 184lbs
My bf is not above waste it all belongs to my ass n legs, my goals are to well just get bulkier chest height. My workout and aas arnt a prob.
Anyway, diets something along these lines. I just wanna know if I'm headed in the right direction
7am - 30g pure protein shake, 2 cups yoghurt with 1 cup muesli, 2 bananas
9am - peanut butter sandwhich
11am - 180g tuna, half cup peanuts
1pm - half cup dried apricots
2pm - 45g protein bar
4pm - 10g protein yoghurt drink
430pm - workout
530pm - shake
6pm - dinner, meat or chicken or fish usually with brown rice
