    Cutting right after PCT.

Does anyone see a problem with cutting as soon as your done PCT? I mean from going from a high-calorie sustain diet of say 3500 sustaning during cycle and PCT down to a say 2200 calorie one, increasing cardio back up ect. (after reducing cardio for PCT) Taking great care to maintain the muscle with the proper nutrition.

Or should it be more gradual right after PCT?

I don't normally do it this way and I actually gained a lot of muscle and lost some fat during my cycle but I can't stand the extra fat gained during cycle and PCT.

    thanks in advance.

I would be more gradual. What is the PCT regimen? Remember that just because you finish PCT doesn't mean everything is 100% back to normal, and you need to be cautious, at least until after blood work.

I'd suggest finish PCT, wait at least 2 weeks and schedule bloodwork. Assuming all comes back fine, start your cut. You can drop to 3000 or so in the interim, but I wouldn't drop over a thousand calories, no way.

Gbrice nailed it of course. A gradual ramping down is the way, to go you don't want to slash your calories like that overnight in that situation.
