helloI thought i would post my diet since i am not to sure with it.It might need some changes.So,here it is
1.120gr musli with 200ml skimmed milk and 30gr whey
2.1 whole wheat sandwich with chicken and turkey(not sure how much.i eat this when i'm out for many hours so i take it from outside)
3.50gr brown rice(weighed raw) with 150gr chicken(weighed cooked)
4.50gr brown rice with 150 chicken
5.50gr chicken with 100gr tuna
6.1 yogurt with 30gr of whey
if i wake up in the night i drink another 30gr of whey with water
it works out about 180gr of protein and around 160gr of carbs.I haven't calculated the fats,because i haven't added any besides what i eat with the other meals(like the yogurt)
do you think i should raise the quantities of food?
I am 150lbs,20yo,5'7
