Shopping list Essentials
Going shopping to hopefully kickstart an improvmant in diet.
So just wondering what the essentials are?

Proteins: chicken breast, turkey breast, lean ground beef (93/7 or better), lean steak cuts (sirloin, top round, flank), white fish, shellfish, eggs, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, fat free milk (within reason, depending on how well you handle dairy - same goes for the cottage cheese and yogurt)
Carbs (starchy) - sweet potato, yam, lentils, beans, oats, brown rice, quinoa, brown cous cous
Carbs (fiberous) - leafy greens, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, brussell sprouts, green beans
Fats - avacado, salmon (and other oily fish), nuts, nut butters, nut oils, olive oil, fish oils
This is by no means a complete list, but pretty staple food for any BBing diet
