ya i know that they drugs but thats not the point here..
anyway's, the diet based on L mcdonalds "The Rapid Fat Loss" and i am on the 2th category (BF% is 16-25)
it means that i eat only protein and no carb's and no fat's for 1 week and then i do refeed for 5 hours and again next week. (total 5 weeks)
only 2 workouts of FBW and twice a week i walk 30-40 min's.

Clen + T3 will be good in this diet?

I personally would never use T3 off-cycle. I like my muscles.

You'll surely lose a lot of lean muscle, especially on that diet. In turn, it'll take you longer to reach your goal because lean muscle is a better fat burner than any drug. These drugs have their place but it doesn't sound like you're ready.

you guys have a big mistake.
if you do the RFL diet you should only do 2 times a week FBW and about 2 (max 3) cardio.
also this cardio is ONLY walk because you wont recover if you do high intensy cardio or more then 2 trainings.
and Baseline if you do everyday you will never recover and youll loose alot of LBM and wont loose more fat..
it wont work with RFL diet.

i respect everything that you say and anybody else.
the point of this topic is that i do the RFL diet and i wonder if it will work good with T3+clen cycle.
    thats all about.
you told me to do 3x times wights workout and 30-60 cardio everyday = thats not RFL = thats not an answer to this thread.
the only thing that i can consider is what Damienm05 sayed about that il loose alot of LBM with T3/
but like i sayed' i will only consider about what he sayed but i dont think that he's right because i will use also clen (Anti-cataboilc) with the T3.

Maybe a bit harsh with my last post, sorry bro

Personally i think ur going to toose a lot of LBM whatever u do on that diet and i would never reccomend it or use it myself

And i can tell u that most of the experienced guys will say the same

I havnt read into T3 but i hear that it is catabolic without some AAS's, although im not going to be the parrot to say that myself because i havnt read into it

One big proble with weight loss is everyone spends more time thinking about what there going to do and what there going to take at what exact time etc...

I dont buy into that BS, infact i dont buy into anything, i do it how i want and what i think best, i learn from mistakes, and i bet 90% of competing BB's have done the same as me in the past

In the time u spend fuking around thinking about that diet, clen and T3 you could have been on ur way doing a cardio session and actually progressing

Im a no BS kind of guy, dedication and determination = ur goals
