hi all, iv been reading thousands of dieting forums, anabolic forums and training forums for the last 2 years trying to "pick n mix" the best routine to suite me, dont get me wrong iv done pretty well from this and have lost alot of weight and gained alot of muscle but its not enough, i have always been a big lad an theres nothing to get round that for example when i was 1 i was in 3yrs clothes, and when i was 11yrs my feet were a uk size 11 so im not small, thanks to over feeding and over nutrision i have an amazingly big strong bone structure to grow from, im now 22 and trying so very hard to shift the years of abuse!
i used to weigh 168kgs 1 year ago (propa fat ****!) and i did **** all exersize and jus ate wot i wanted wen i wanted (wich was usualy everthin all the time lol) i then hit a hard point in my life aka THE WAKEUP CALL and since then i have been in a constant battle with my weight, heres some current stats
age: 22
height: 6ft 2in
waist: 40in
weight: 126kg
(dont do %s on fat ect altho i could do it if required)
i train atleast 5 days a week training each muscle group on a seperate day basis, i work out for a minimum of an hour on weights for each session and my confetion is i do hardley any cardio... maybe an hour a week on the machinesi also take my dog out daily for a walk wich is usualy a minimm of 1 mile and in my job i have 10 routine patrols to do wich would mount up to aprx 5 miles of walking at a decent pace per day (this may sound silly to most of the hardcore trainers out there but i count it as cardio if i shouldnt then... wel al have to change it wont i lol). my diet is pretty shabby to be honest, i mean i eat very clean trying to avoid simple carbs (as i found im very carb sensitive) and bad fats ect but i have no structure to it, no feed times no specific meals or anything like that, but i dont overeat anymore wich is the main problem sorted... wel i thought it was lol so i need to whip it all into shape and get it sorted! i am devoted to achiving my goals with a whole load more will power than i thought!
i have already used sus+deca and sus+tri-tren iv also had a dable with winstrol wich worked fantasticly and anadrol wich wasnt so fantastic lol, i no im 22 an i shouldnt be using them yet but i have, im considering another course in the near future but dont no wich to do im thinking along the lines of either HGH or a test enth+trenbolone mix, dont no yet but its somthing in the pipelines for consideration.
i have no weight goals nor do i have any fat% goals, my goal is to simply be healthy and look good, i want to be big but not competition big if you no wot i mean?
so underlining all of this can somone please help me fine tune a diet?
im thinking like... you no those farty little plastic salad bowls, wel use that for portion control and eat one of them every 3 hours, im thinking lots and lots of protien and very very few carbs (simple or complex), im not sure but im goin to spend a bit of time on it now and il post up my ideas.
