Hi my name is Danny im 22 6"1 110kg about 30% body fat ive been training for about 8 months and really wanna strip some of the body fat off i need a quick cutting up diet i wanna post my diet up here so u can tell me wot i should b eating and wot i need to cut out any help would be greatly appreciated cheerz
8.00am Porridge oats mixed with a protein shake
10.00am Chicken or turkey or beef sandwhiches on wholemean bread
12.00pm chicken breast with rice,pasta,with a low calorie sauce and veggies
2.00pm Protein shake with a banana
4.00pm Train 1hr-1hr 30mins
5.30pm Protein shake with creatine
6.00pm Chicken breast with rice and veggies
10pm protein shake with creatine
One thing i must be honest about is at weekends i do treat myself to the occasional chocolate and takeaways. And i also drink nothing but water throughout the week only using milk with my shakes cheerz
