    Thumbs down fs@$klahi%4$&@!!!

OK..I'm all taped up, anybody here box? I'm pretty sure I need some sense knocked into my head!!!!!

I was bored so I thought I'd enter last week's food into Fitday...oh man, I averaged 140g's protein, 60g's carbs and 30g's fat daily (most comming from flax oil)!!! that's just over 1000 calories!!!!!!!! Guess I need to pay better attn! so, instead of beating myself up over this, I figured I'd let you do it, while i figure out the best way to increase my calories back up to 1800. Guess while i sit twiddling my thumbs at work today, I can be planning the rest of this weeks food and next....maybe by then i'll have enough brains to eat enough! I need 800 more cals a day...increasing by 100 a day, ugh...by the end of next week i might be ready to start thinking about dropping some fat...ugh...ok, off i go to plan plan plan

Increase your fat, carbs and protein, add an extra 1/2 cup of oatmeal here, tablespoon of PB there, can of tuna, etc. I don't see how it's so hard. I eat about 2200 and its hard eating so little, hell, eating 3000 calories is hard for me to too since its so little food.

Yellow's right on here. Also eat every 3 hours maybe 4. I eat (including shakes) 8 meals a day. 6 real food, 2 shakes. Now when cutting i still eat the same amount of meals, just slightly smaller portions.

Try this....of course I'm not sure what you're goals are....
    8am 6 eggs (4 whites/2 whole) 1 cup oatmeal
10am how many grams protein per scoop?
    12:30pm 1 1/2 chicken breast/ veggies/ rice or potatoe
    3pm isopure/ 1/2 to 1 cup oatmeal
    6pm looks good
8pm eat something or at least have a shake

    25g's protein per scoop

looks doable, i don't have an excuse for not eating enough, i just forget to eat or grab the protein and skip the rest...guess i'll have too pay closer attn

    btw..my goals are 11% bodyfat, currently i'm at 24% with a lbm of 140

It's hard but you have to stay focused.....not sure what I recomended adds up to in calories but you have to stay focused. I used to set the alarm on my watch to go off every 3 hours to remind me to eat. Now the rummblinh in my tummy does it for me. Keep at it darlin' and you'll do great!

If in the morning the eggs are too much than maybe try 4 eggs (3 whites/1 whole). Let me do the math and see what the totals are for the diet I posted.
