The rest of crabs are from brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats and thats it, i dont eat any sorts of bread. All protein is from lean red meats, kangaroo meat (leaner than chicken and higher protein), chicken, tuna and protein powders. Fats are olive oils, PB, almonds. Also i would only take my carbs before training and then 2 meals after training. Meals will be 6-8.
Well i thought 5% would be realistic if i cycled carbs, and on non-training days it would be almost 30-50 carbs at tops. I wouldnt want to start adding an all out mass diet now cause its summer here in 1 week. i would rather be shredded and looking hard than bulk up looking softer.
