Critique this diet for a lean mass gain and fat loss while on cycle

Cycle is a test prop and tren cycle 100mg EOD of each. I want to gain as much lean mass and loose 5% bf. Currently at 180lbs@ 11-12% bf. I was thinking of taking on a carb cycling approach as such:

    Low Carb
    350P 150C 100F – 2900 Cal
    Medium Carb
    350P 250C 100F – 3300 Cal
    High Carb
    350P 350C 100F - 3700 Cal

is the carbs too high on certain days or the fat too high on certain days, please feel free to advice me on changing it around or leaving it, i really do not want to gain fat but loose fat and gain lean mass.

If you're going for lean mass gain I'd cycle the carbs just between medium and high and thats almost as simple as not having PWO carbs on a training day. And drop the fat intake just a little. Or with AAS support you could run CKD or some other form of keto diet and probably lose fat

This is not a very well thought out plan. First, your goals are completely contradictory. You will not gain 'lean' mass while losing 5% bodyfat. It's just not gonna happen. Commit to adding mass, or shedding bodyfat.

Secondly, you want us to critique a diet that you haven't posted - there's no info! Are the carbs from oats and sweet potato, or Twinkies?

C'mon man, give us something to work with - but first, re-evaluate your goals and come back with something realistic (not being a d!ck).

obviously not twinkies lmao, i do not eat simple sugars, the closest thing i eat to simple is fructose and thats only PWO. The rest of crabs are from brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats and thats it, i dont eat any sorts of bread. All protein is from lean red meats, kangaroo meat (leaner than chicken and higher protein), chicken, tuna and protein powders. Fats are olive oils, PB, almonds. Also i would only take my carbs before training and then 2 meals after training. Meals will be 6-8.

Well i thought 5% would be realistic if i cycled carbs, and on non-training days it would be almost 30-50 carbs at tops. I wouldnt want to start adding an all out mass diet now cause its summer here in 1 week. i would rather be shredded and looking hard than bulk up looking softer.

    does that help ?...

I'd recommend adding mass, based upon you being 6' and 180lbs.

How old are you and how long have you been training? Also what exact routine are you on right now and how long have you been on it, lifts/sets/reps/poundages?

Good to hear bro, you're food choices appear to be very sound. I'd like to see a typical day's diet layed out - list time of day for each meal, time where your workout fits in, and complete and accurate macros for each. This will help us evaluate much better. Pics will also be a great help.

I still don't agree with the overall goal. At 11-12% bodyfat, I think you can afford to eat for gains, but not an all out BULK. You can certainly add lean mass while maintaining your current bf. I'm not saying don't try your approach, it's worth a shot - but I just don't want to see you fall flat on your face if you don't reach your goal - because honestly, I don't think you're going to lose 5% bodyfat (bringing you down into the 6-7 range) while running a test/tren cycle. Seems to me a winny cycle would be more in order here, although I don't like winny personally and am not recommending it.

I agree with GB, you have to realize that muscle has a metabolic rate, so if you add 5lbs of muscle and you are on maintenance calories you would actually be calorie restricted due to the new muscle burning fat.

thanks guys for your insight and advice. i will bulk up clean for 5 weeks at least and see how it goes, because the first 5 weeks of the cycle will be test enth 500mg and tri-trenabol (450mg week). After i finish the enth i will change to my test prop and see if i should remain bulking or begin slowly cutting calories to cut down. I have worked out at the moment that i should cycle my carbs as i have great results with this, high days 350 carbs, medium 250 carbs and low 100 or less and maybe a keto day on non-training day (sunday). but i am not sure how many high, medium and low carb of each i should do and in what order, if you guys could help me out on that.
i like to keep protein at 350 every training day and fats between 50-100 grams depending on how many carbs are consumed on that day. keeping calories between 2700-3200, again depending on which carb level i am on on that day.

i usually do 1.5-2 hrs of weights, heavy as i can, reps between 8-15 and min 3-5 sets. i follow a 3 day split hitting muscle groups twice a week- chest/back, shoulders/arms and legs.

one more much cardio a week to stay lean ?

so if there is anything i should bump up or cut down, please let me know, thanks...

6-7 meals, each meal contains min of 50 grams of protein, and carbs in meals 1-4/5 from 30-75 grams of carbs.

I still missed the age. The reason I asked isn't just to jump you about going on cycle if you are too young, it's about your workout split. If you are young enough, I like the split, probably wouldn't matter when you are on gear, but could make a difference when you aren't.

well i aint going to lie i am 22. ive just always wanted the body of my dreams as i recently lost 50 pounds of fat over the last 3 years at a pace where i gained solid muscle, i am so close to where i want to be. the only place i carry a layer of fat is lower abs and bit of love handles and thats it, pretty much all abs are visible except the lowest ones.
