Is it okay to eat brown rice three times a day

Iv'e got 25kg of brown rice which needs to be eaten so i was thinking of eating it for three of my meals a day weighed at 100g. Is it a bad thing? Plus im starting night shifts tomorrow so i thought it would be a good thing to eat it.

No problem eating rice multiple times a day. The quantity is more of a concern, depending on what you are trying to accomplish with your diet, and what you are eating with it.

If we're being nit picky, rice would be my last choice as a carb source. Having said that, if rice is your choice, it doesn't really matter how many times a day you eat it IMO, so long as it's all accounted for and fits within your daily carb allotment.
