The diet is clean and good for simple weight loss but it needs a lot of changes to be a good bodybuilding diet. I can't work with it in the current format. I like the spreadsheet layout look but it doesn't allow me to go in and specify changes meal by meal. Sorry man. Repost and I'll be all over it.

Protein - hmm, that's pretty general. What is the source?

    Snack
    140g Tuna 34.2 /0/ 0/ 146
    Broc 1cup 0 /0/ 0/ 30

Nice - how about a carb or fat source though? Protein only meal isn't ideal, especially early in the day

    Lunch
    1/4 Chilli Mix 58.5/ 21.75 /8.75 / 464.75

Not sure exactly what this is, but I don't like it!

    Snack
    140g Tuna 34.2 / 0 / 0 /146
    Broc 1cup 0 / 0/ 0/ 30

Same critique as above - and since this is pre-workout, I would strongly suggest complex carbs here. sweet potato would be an excellent choice

    Post WorkOut
    500mls of milk 16.6 / 7/ 25/ 230
    chai seeds/goji berries 3.1 / 4.9/ 0/ 60

More carbs here. If you're ok with the milk, keep it. Some people can't do it. I fart like an animal when I drink it

    Dinner
    250G breast 40/ 12/ 0.6/ 400

Again, no other source? How about some green veggies and a tbsp of olive oil?

No bedtime meal? Cottage cheese? Casein shake? Lean steak?

Bold ^^^ - carbs are too low for sure, add some in ASAP. Lower fat if you have to.

The protein source was whey, can I ask why the chilli is bad? (Mince, onion, capsicum, celery, kidney beans, spices). Thanks a lot for the input.

    Chilli is good

Just make sure your using lean mince ( ask ur butcher to mince u some lean meat)

    Or...

Cook ur mince in a pan, drain it through a drainer while rinning HOT water over it....

So half cook ur mince,, drain/wash,, then carry on cooking it

Th reason i say this is because ur getting over 20g of fat (and alot of sat fat) from that one serving of chilli

Ah ok, yes I use lean mince. Some of that fat value comes from the omega 3 margarine I use to cook with.
