Critique my Cutting Diet
Have currently cut from 194lbs to 183lbs and I feel I want to cut around 8lbs more. Can someone please critique my diet as the losses have slowed.
The diet is not always strictly this, sometimes it's shrimp instead of tuna etc

The diet is clean and good for simple weight loss but it needs a lot of changes to be a good bodybuilding diet. I can't work with it in the current format. I like the spreadsheet layout look but it doesn't allow me to go in and specify changes meal by meal. Sorry man. Repost and I'll be all over it.

The protein source was whey, can I ask why the chilli is bad? (Mince, onion, capsicum, celery, kidney beans, spices). Thanks a lot for the input.

Chilli is good
Just make sure your using lean mince ( ask ur butcher to mince u some lean meat)
Or...
Cook ur mince in a pan, drain it through a drainer while rinning HOT water over it....
So half cook ur mince,, drain/wash,, then carry on cooking it
Th reason i say this is because ur getting over 20g of fat (and alot of sat fat) from that one serving of chilli

Ah ok, yes I use lean mince. Some of that fat value comes from the omega 3 margarine I use to cook with.
