    Lightbulb weight loss when i am insulin resistant

    i eat high fibre cereal for breakfast at about 5:50 in the morning
    i don't eat during the rest of the day till about 8pm.. if i do eat during the day it is .. pure beef patties.i drink 1.5l of water a day..and 1 and a ahalf hours of work out at the gym i go at 6 :30 pm......i am on medication for my insulin problem but i am not losing weight fast enough ....i was going to try winstrol but a numer of people have told me not to...i have the tablets but i will not be taken them in fear of ruining my singing voice.. please help .......btw i am a 20 year old girl.........

    also is it possible two lose 20 kg in 2.5 months

    U need to be eating 5-8 small meals per day 2-3 hrs appart all day long

    Ur not loosing weight because ur body is in starvation mode and it is trying to survive since ur not feeding it

    What are ur stats?

    Weight
    Height
    Bodyfat %
    Pics


    And by the way ur goal is not possible, it is unrealistic in that time period,,

    i don't know my bodyfat % i am 5.10 and weight 85 kg i wanna get down to atleast 65kg ... i use to be a lot thinner than 65kg...i have no pics of myself i am i refuse to take pics looking like this

    i do how ever have alot of muscle under this fat i use to be a acrobatic dancer
