Anyways, I am now, overall, the leanest I've ever been. But I've also noticed that my upper body (shoulder detail, back detail, chest, arms, and abs) are really shining! However, my glutes and quads, although lean, are not near as defined and 'hard' as my upper body compared to when I was running stairs. Do you think this has anything to do with using mostly upper body during my cardio without much leg work? Or is all cardio equal as far as fat loss given heart rate is the same on all exercises?
I really want striated glutes!! I've had them before when I wasn't as lean as I am now, so what gives?!?! Any suggestions would be helpful. Please take note that the reason I hit the punching bag instead of run is that I injured my heel about 1 1/2 months ago (doctor said it is tendonitis).
