    repetitive vs mixed meals ??

    The question of the day...

Do you keep eating the same thing over and over and follow the same diet schedule
    --or--
you need to keep switching meals after like 2-3 weeks?
So that your body doesn't get used to it.

    Any thoughts on that subject?

I eat the same meals year round, everyday

    Eggs and Oats

    Chicken and Rice x 2

    Steak and Potatoes x 2

Whey Milk Waxi Maze PWO only

Cottage cheese mixed with sweetner, vanilla and raspberrys

I keep it simple and clean

One cheat meal per week, whatever I want

I think if you are bulking you need to give yourself more variety to get in all your nutrients to continue to move the heavy weight. However when your cutting I like more of baselines idea.

Are you trying to say we are stupid?

    It was a joke.

I eat whole eggs for breakfast everyday. Whey after I lift. Ground meat before bed. Chicken twice and fish twice. I switch up the carbs but not opposed to just eating oats and Ezekiel bread.

Nothing wrong with eating the same thing every day. You can't think of diet in the same terms of working out. Working out is a stimuli and your body will adjust to it eventually. Food is a necessity, not something your body will adjust to.

I eat the same thing every single day, but am a bit more lenient on the weekends. The only time I change it up is when I finally get sick of something - and that most definitely happens!

Fixed routine works best for me as well, but i was wondering about this "year round" thing,. shouldn't ur body change over a period of that year,. whether gaining LBM or losing some Fat?,. so ur total cal should vary accordingly?

Yep, as body composition changes, so does your caloric requirements.
