Nutrient partitioning, timing etc vs Cals in : Cals Out
I wanted to get some opinions here as bb.com nutri section is becoming an ED mash pit with everyone pretty much eating everything that want as long as it fits their MR.
I am currently eating 3200 cals on a bulk and the only thing that I count are the Cals and the grams of Protein that I ingest (375)
So some days I might have more carb and less fats and some days I can have the opposite.
I also try to have carbs, fats and prot at every meal, but I keep reading on many AAS forums about the importance of nutrient partitioning as in meals should be carb + prot or Prot + fat.
Any truth to that? Does it really make any difference or is the cals in cals out rule the only one to follow?
