For me, yes, Ive adhered to this pretty well. Basically Im a very busy person and taking 5 minutes periodically to eat is very convenient for me. It does work but I like taking feedback from others whos approach differs but reports great results. Afterwhich, i might adopt that approach to see how it works for me. Progress by theft if i may, LOL.

    Quick two cents from me:

im not sure of the severity of your issue but i used to have fat on my hips and under my bum and not much around the belly. I have almost got rid of it completely by doing the following:

    - Dont run - running makes your ass and the top of you thy's huge thus enhancing the size where you dont want or need it.
    Instead ride and powerwalk

    - Dont be affraid to train your legs hard - i was affraid of training my legs hard as i thought they would grow gianormous and make me look disproportionate. Wrong, completely the opposite. Its about training your legs the right way.
I would recommend lots of lunges, leg extentions and squats. *Just be careful with squats, go high range reps and dont go too heavy until you start to see improvement*
Try to stay away from leg press, this makes the tops of my legs blow out more than i like and i only do them every 2-3 weeks.

    - Make sure your diet is in check
Once you start working your legs hard your metabolism will increase and if you combine that with a solid low carb low fat diet you will see great result. Keep it simple bro.. no carbs after lunch, no sugary bullshit food and no saturated fats.

Some people may not like this advice but i was there, did this and it worked.

^ ^ this is good advice for the most part, the only point i'd disagree with is the 'no carbs after lunch'. This depends on other factors, lunch isn't a 'magic' time of day. If a person works out at 6pm, surely they should be eating carbs pre workout, and most likely PWO as well.
