    adding raw oats to postworkout....

    how can i do this to my shake so there aren't any leftover lumps at the bottom of the blender? I use ON Whey and Raw Milk (all fat skimmed off)

    Grind them up first then add to the mix; the magic bullet does the job for me though

    yeah dude, I bulk blend the oats... 2-3kgs at a time, then keep them in an old protein bucket and just add a couple of scoops to my shake.

    ok, so I should grind up the oats before I put them in the blender with my whey and milk. gotcha thanks

    I like it chewy at the bottom. I'm ravenous PWO and it makes me feel like I'm at thanksgiving dinner when I have to get down there with a plastic spoon.
