Went from 216.9 lbs to 209.8 lbs. I know the weight loss was pretty fast for that amount. Mostly water weight I assume. But I already feel so much better. I actually feel like doing stuff.

Been doing some muscle exercises in the morning.

Then in the afternoon I do alot of cardio. Maybe an hour or more on the ellipical machine. Not at a fast pace but conistant. Legs feel like jello afterwards.

I also do push-up throughout the day. Everytime I want into my bedroom I do as many as I can till I can not do anymore.

I can not wait to see the 190's again. Maybe about 3 weeks I will see that mark.

I think I might start taking some clen to help me a little. My wife says she can see a little difference already. Next goal is to make my 34' pants fit well.
