2 weeks of cardio isnt much. What does your diet look like now?
-
got a little bit of a sweet tooth. trying to eat less food more often but not to sure if what i am eating counts

lol x2. Try 3 months of cardio before you jump to conclusions. Also, need to see what your diet looks like - cardio isn't the only part to the equation.
PS - i'm struggling with the same issue bro, do you have pics? Some people mistaken loose skin (if you've lost alot of bodyfat quickly) for bodyfat.

I've been rehabbing due to injury for last 5 months and i'm in same boat. I expect by spring it will be gone again. Not to sound harsh, but I really did have to laugh when i read your "two weeks" comment. This is a game of "inches and time". you shouldn't play if you don't have the time, and if you can get an inch a year you are doing good. Anyone thinking they can get results quickly hasn't been playing the game very long.
The reality is it takes years mate!!
(but it only takes MONTHS to lose it)

Yeah you really have to consider your overall bodyfat, spot reduction is a pipe dream. I had a spot just above the naval that I asked the doctor about lipo and he said only diet and fatloss would reduce that particular spot. I'll be damned if it didn't, around 17% bf it was gone!

thanks just geting older didnt want to except. when i was in my 20's it seemed to all happen over night guess it was the natural hormones in my body doing it ahh ahh got to put n the time

Some of us who aren't genetically gifted have certain spots where we tend to store BF more so than others. These are the places we gain fat the fastest and easiest and tend to lose fat the slowest and most difficult. I have always had excess fat on my love handles as long as I can remember and wasn't able to lose it until getting sub 12% BF overall.
The answer is you have to become extremely lean overall before these stubborn areas will decrease in fat tissue. Sorry, probably not the answer you wanted. It's a bitch.

Surely you're kidding with that diet. If not, you will soon realize that no amount of cardio, weight training, or supplements, no matter how extreme, can make up for a diet as piss poor as yours. Read the sticky sample diets and diet critiques in this forum and start over with a whole new diet.

This.
A little roll of fat isn't a few hundred calories. Safe weight loss ranges from a 3,500 - 7,000 Cal weekly deficit (which if at the higher end better include cardio as opposed to solely reduced intake). At the extreme end that is roughly four pounds of loss in two weeks; water, fat, muscle, glycogen, you name it.
Not to mention when you reach the final ends of weight loss it becomes obnoxiously difficult. Getting your body fat from 20% to 16% is much easier that the trip from 16% to 12%, and so on. Just keep at it, patience is a virtue.
Although no matter how hard you keep at it, this diet is cancerous when considering fat loss. Btw, what are your stats? I mean... really? There is nothing but room to improve this diet. Scrap it entirely, post some stats, and I am sure one of many (myself included) here will help you out.Last edited by voidofRoids; 12-20-2010 at 06:08 AM.
