2 weeks of cardio isnt much. What does your diet look like now?

lol x2. Try 3 months of cardio before you jump to conclusions. Also, need to see what your diet looks like - cardio isn't the only part to the equation.

PS - i'm struggling with the same issue bro, do you have pics? Some people mistaken loose skin (if you've lost alot of bodyfat quickly) for bodyfat.

I've been rehabbing due to injury for last 5 months and i'm in same boat. I expect by spring it will be gone again. Not to sound harsh, but I really did have to laugh when i read your "two weeks" comment. This is a game of "inches and time". you shouldn't play if you don't have the time, and if you can get an inch a year you are doing good. Anyone thinking they can get results quickly hasn't been playing the game very long.

The reality is it takes years mate!!

(but it only takes MONTHS to lose it)

Yeah you really have to consider your overall bodyfat, spot reduction is a pipe dream. I had a spot just above the naval that I asked the doctor about lipo and he said only diet and fatloss would reduce that particular spot. I'll be damned if it didn't, around 17% bf it was gone!

Some of us who aren't genetically gifted have certain spots where we tend to store BF more so than others. These are the places we gain fat the fastest and easiest and tend to lose fat the slowest and most difficult. I have always had excess fat on my love handles as long as I can remember and wasn't able to lose it until getting sub 12% BF overall.

The answer is you have to become extremely lean overall before these stubborn areas will decrease in fat tissue. Sorry, probably not the answer you wanted. It's a bitch.

This. From the sound of it, your diet is that of an average person and not someone with a nice physique barring incredible genetics. Keep doing cardio and in the mean time, let's see your diet. We'll fix it up for you and you'll be good to go.

Surely you're kidding with that diet. If not, you will soon realize that no amount of cardio, weight training, or supplements, no matter how extreme, can make up for a diet as piss poor as yours. Read the sticky sample diets and diet critiques in this forum and start over with a whole new diet.

    This.

A little roll of fat isn't a few hundred calories. Safe weight loss ranges from a 3,500 - 7,000 Cal weekly deficit (which if at the higher end better include cardio as opposed to solely reduced intake). At the extreme end that is roughly four pounds of loss in two weeks; water, fat, muscle, glycogen, you name it.

Not to mention when you reach the final ends of weight loss it becomes obnoxiously difficult. Getting your body fat from 20% to 16% is much easier that the trip from 16% to 12%, and so on. Just keep at it, patience is a virtue.

    BREAKFAST
12-16 ounces of 2% mlk most every day If you are maintaining you macros, this is fine.
1 scrambled egg & sausage with sourcream burrito. Try boiled eggs, ditch the sausage for ham roast or peameal bacon.
or1-2 either overeasy or scrambled eggs with 1-2 pieces of sausage or chicken fried steak. See above.
waffle with maple syrup. I am not sure if you are looking for a balanced macro range or a low carb. If you are looking for carbs replace with whole oats.
    LUNCH
plate of dinner left overs This is cool if you dinner is decent.
1 ham & cheese hot pocket. Hot pockets?
bowl of either chicken or beef stew.
chicken cordon bleu. Too much canned/frozen processed b.s. - try some real food.
1package of top ramen. Ditch the ramen.
12-16 ounces of 2% milk or a can of soda. Soda?
Try green beans, peas, corn, carrots, salads, chicken breast, steak, tuna, salmon, other fish fillets, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, etc., etc., etc.
    DINNER
12-16 ounces of 2%milk or fruit juice Unless you are just trying to fill your macros, the milk intake is getting high. If you are intaking carbs, ditch the juice - eat the fruit.
    2 slices of meat loaf.
1 piece o boneless, skinless chicken.
    1 salmon or tuna steak.
2 slices of pork roast or beef brisquit.
You are finally getting some real protein intake.
any of those with either 1 baked patato with butter & sour cream or 1 cup white rice. Try whole grain rice or sweet potatoes.
1 stuffed bell pepper with either ground beef or sausage with rice, cheese & corn.
    USUAL SNACKS
    8-12 ounces of ice cream.
4-6 chocolate chip cookies with 6-8 ounces of 2% milk.
chips & 4 ounces of salsa with either 12 ounces of soda or fruit juice.
    How about none of these.

Any help with this is appreciated.
Although no matter how hard you keep at it, this diet is cancerous when considering fat loss. Btw, what are your stats? I mean... really? There is nothing but room to improve this diet. Scrap it entirely, post some stats, and I am sure one of many (myself included) here will help you out.

Definitely. This is a 'scrap it and start again' diet. Needs a complete overhaul IMO.
