i use olive oil and truffle oil but sometimes they just dont cut it
well TBH u shud just be a man and drop it....
However cream cheese, or a diet Philidelphia (no added sugar) may be better,
I am just guessing here as its not somthing i have to hand to check
Try Macadamia Nut oil
Not sure if the spelling is correct
Dave pallumbo recans it has a buttery taste...
However since he sells it he would say that
I can't believe it's not butter.
I have no clue if it works for cooking/baking substitute or not I just use it on top of my carbs.
right on thanks guys. i finaly started my diet the other day and its realy woopin my ass without any flavor.haha
I literally could not eat any vegetables or sweet potatoes if I didn't have it.....lifesaver.
Me too BS!
i can't believe its not butter (the spray version is my favorite! Tastes just like butter to me)
also, there is molly mcbutter, which i think tastes even better. But its a powder so it only really works good on hot foods....cream of wheat, veggies, potatoes...sh*t like that. But i still even think its good dry as sprinkles.
Sh*t really tastes like butter!
ummmm...butter
Isnt 'i cant believe its not butter' just Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil
If so, id rather have butter
No fat???
Its made out of vegetable oil isnt it
I dont know if they sell a 0% fat version in the US but i havnt seen it in the UK
Yeah you're right, the stuff in the tub is awful for you and you're better to just do a small amount of butter, even if the US. He's referring to the 0 cal butter in a spray can. I think you could unload a whole can for the caloric cost of one serving of the spreadable stuff. I've actually never tried the "I Can't Believe it's Not Butter" brand but I do buy butter flavored 0 cal cooking spray that I put on sweet potatoes and unsalted popcorn with some splenda/cinnamon. Really good stuff.
I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray has zero cals and tastes much better then reg butter. I've been using it for years, strongly recommend.
