4 weeks out from photoshoot
Guys I'm on cutting diet
low carb day 300g protein 30g carbs 15fat
med carb 300g protein 90g carb
high 300g protein 150g carb
is it ok for a cheat meal to get me through the week, I.e homemade lean beef burger in buns ect to fill me up. I'm avg 2kg a week weight loss still keeping good size and I'm on track, just realy low on energy!

No surprise you're low on energy - your low carb day SUCKS and has almost none! 30g carbs is getting into keto territory. You can easily bump it up to 75g and that's very low carb. If you don't want to do that, you need to increase fats ALOT that day, but I wouldn't recommend that route. You can't just have a protein only diet.
I'd be looking at 75g low carb day
125g med carb day
200g high carb day
Something along those lines. Just general because i don't know what else your'e doing. Cheat meal - I wouldn't do it 4 weeks out from a photo shoot, but that's just me. What is your current BF%?

Well that was my diet 3 weeks ago, thought I'd lower abit more see how I go!
Cardio 5x week 1 hour each
Currently 13% bf 83kg
Aim is to drop to 78kg
don't know best way to go about it, I know if I just satisfy my self with healthy cheat meal it will get me through it, but I don't want it to effect my fat loss
