Guys I'm on cutting diet
low carb day 300g protein 30g carbs 15fat
med carb 300g protein 90g carb
high 300g protein 150g carb
is it ok for a cheat meal to get me through the week, I.e homemade lean beef burger in buns ect to fill me up. I'm avg 2kg a week weight loss still keeping good size and I'm on track, just realy low on energy!
