Tuna - what do you mix it w/?
Been throwing down a can at 10 and 2 lately. Just been draining the oil and eating w/ a fork but its getting to the point where I want to throw up.
Anyway, what do you guys mix it w/? I usually dont use light mayo but i think i may start to use it?
What are some other options?
Franks Red Hot!?
Balsamic Vinigerette?
Need options here!

Come on fellas!! Thats all you got?!?! Rookies!! Just messin..
Should I say MUSTARD, MUSTARD, and MUSTARD! I mix mine with mustard and its great I think. No carbs, no sugar, no fat...Except sodium, but unless you're Jay cutler and its a week before your show its not a big deal.
Also, actually my FAVORITE OF ALL is to eat it with SALSA!! Also it is GREAT with sriracha sauce. If you like sushi then you should love that. Spicy tuna goes very well together. Even better to me is mixed with salsa and sriracha sauce. Its awesome.
Also, Tabasco sauce the green version is my favorite and goes great with seafood.

This, this, THIS! I'm not with you Cal on the Salsa, but definitely mustard.
What I like to do is NOT drain the oil (or drain just a bit), dump the tuna over a large leafy green salad (spinach, green lettuces, etc) with a little pepper and vinegar, DONE! BUT make sure you're buying tuna in olive oil, NOT that other sh!t that says 'tuna in oil' - read the ingredients. The good stuff (usually called Tonno in olive oil) will contain Tuna, Olive Oil, Salt ONLY, nothing else. The other stuff is crap IMO.

dude, i typically will eat anything.. legit, ANYTHING! but, i dont even want to think of trying this. none of the ingrediants make sense.
so you just dump the tuna, with oil, into a bowl. you throw your strawberry protein, peanutbutter and a drop of frank red hot in the bowl as well, and then stir it? i cant even imagine what the taste woudl be like.

I eat the solid white albacore tuna in water - a little more expensive but the taste is much more tolerable to me.
When I get sick of it I mix in some plain horseradish (not the crap that comes pre-mixed with mayo). Clears the sinuses too!!

Canned tuna is high in sodium and really, not that cheap contrary to popular belief. Is it so hard to buy a bag of frozen tilapia fillets, throw them on a sheet, and broil them off? You'll save money and even if it's slightly more time consuming than opening cans, you won't need to blast it with sauces to make it edible.
Now, if you must go the tuna route (I just realized I'm offering nothing constructive to the thread) - I agree with Mustard. Just a simple vinaigrette in the bowl with lots of dijon, a splash of vinegar, some garlic, and pepper isn't terrible.

i get a kg of Ahi Tuna steak every week from the grocer for 25 quid and just eat a 100-200 grams at a time with soy sauce and wasabi.. it is brilliant
As for the canned tuna.. i used to love that "tuna helper" stuff.. i am sure it is not on the "approved foods" list.. but as long as you keep your ratios alright you are fine.. just add 2-3x as much tuna as they call for.. if you want carb free protein then eat a steak or chicken or drink a protein shake. .cause raw tuna out of the can is like eating cat food.
