I've got to agree with the intent; I am not too fond of this guy's delivery, but the message is good. I am glad to see this keto-influenced concept of nutrition hitting the main stream. While I won't debate whether a ketogenic diet is superior, a lot of the subsequent philosophies are undoubtedly optimal. Our society (in general) has a terrible understanding of insulin , blood sugar, and what positively/negatively impacts them. I think it is obvious that cholesterol, saturated fats, etc. can be harmful if abused - but what can't? In general these nutrients are under-eaten while sugars and useless carbohydrates are over-eaten. I love me some milk, yolks, and red meat - and stevia is my saviour. I couldn't imagine eating hundreds of grams of sugar like I did growing up as a kid, when I get my hands on some carbs these days, it feels like 400mg of caffiene!
