    Matts (Post) contest dieting plan

    Ok.. well i have been dieting as you may know for the past 12 weeks or so. I have 2 weeks remaining and i have dropped 14kg and kept a fair amount of muscle so i have been happy! During the 12 weeks i have slowly dropped the intake of my carbs and increased cardio. Iv learnt alot about my body, and what works for me, i feel carb cycling gives me the best look and the end of the day.

    Currently my diet on normal carb day

    Meal 1 - 100g oats , 6 egg whites,teaspoon udos oil
    Train
    PWO 60g wpi , 30g virtargo
    Meal 2 - 150g white fish , 10 almonds
    Meal 3 -150g White fish , teaspoon flax
    Meal 4 - 150g chicken breast, vegies
    Meal 5 - 150g chicken breast, 10 almonds
    Meal 6 - 150g lean meat , vegies
    wpi shake before bed

    pro - 300g Carb- 90 fat - 40

    High carb day (once a week) = 300carbs
    Low carb day = 30g carbs or 0g depends how i look
    Cardio is 5x week 45 min post workout

    Now... i have lost alot of weight but still around 14% bf i beleive, everything has realy leaned out but my skin is still thick around my stomach from being fat when younger and this is the leanest i have been. I beleive it will take time for my abs to show.. even though i can feel them now. So i do want to relax with diet but still slowly cut the fat off.

    So i was thinking my diet post photoshoot should be as follow p/c/f
    Mon 300- 150 - 50
    tue 300 - 150 - 50
    wen(off) 200 - 90 - 50
    thur (legs) 300 - 350 - 50
    Fri 300 -150 - 50
    Sat 300 - 150 - 50
    Sun(off) 200 - 90- 50

    Cardio 4 x 30min week
    Lift hard try getting my strength back
    cheat meal once a week
    add fruit and flavour back into my diet!
