    starting an m-drol cycle in 2 weeks, need last minute diet critique

    ok, title says it all.

    stats:

    28y/o
    5'8
    183-185lbs
    14% BF (estimated)

    looking to get lean muscle while cutting my BF

    7AM
    multi
    5 egg whites (sometimes mix ham in here)
    24G whey
    banana

    10AM
    1 can tuna mixed w/ red hot (28G)
    almonds
    1 pc of wheat highprotein bread

    1230
    8-10oz grilled chk salad
    or (all depends on how much time i have for lunch)
    8-10oz grilled chken w/ brocoli and brown rice

    3PM
    1 can tuna mixed w/ vinagerette (28G)
    or (again, this depends on how much time I have and/or I feel like eating Tuna - I usually do go for the Tuna here)
    Protein shake 50G

    540PM (pre workout)
    2 turkey burgers or 8oz of chicken breast
    brown rice or sweet potatoes
    5G creatine

    730:
    PWO shake
    MET RX RTD 51 shake (they sell it at the gym and I buy it there cuz its easy and I drink it on the way home)
    when I get home if there is any brown rice or sweet potatoe left from prior meal I will eat that

    9PM
    8oz grilled chicken w/ veggies (broc, string beans, peas)
    sometimes just 1 pc wheat (too late for this, huh? give me something else) possibly brown rice instead of wheat if still any left over

    11PM
    1 scoop natty PB
    3 scoops whey mixed w/ 1% milk
    sometimes cottege cheese w/ pinapple (pinapple sucks, I know but its SOMETIMES)

    I'll be honest here, I have NO CLUE how many cals total are in this. I've been sticking to this diet (w/ a few changes in the last few weeks) for the last 2 months and have been on some good weight and shed fat.

    okay add 1 whole egg and do 1 cup dry oats for carbs, also forget the ham its a bad source of protein.

    10AM

    drop the bread and almonds and add 1 cup of brown rice or a sweet potatoe.

    do the rice and broccoli its early and you can still use the carbs

    drop the shake and do real food. Make this like the last meal

    540PM (pre workout)

    drop the burgers there not good unless it is just lean ground turkey and your making pattys

    730:

    just do the veggies and chicken or you can do steak or fish

    okay change the whey to casein and three scoop is like 75g of protein thats over kill do one with the pb or do the cottage cheese with the pb. No fruit

    If your gaining good weight on your diet and staying leaner than I wouldn't even fix it. If it ain't broke don't fix it. but I gave you some things that needed cleared up and if you do those little things you'll be gtg. Try to figure out your total calories and macros so other people will cone in and help you.

    tks bro.

    on that 11PM one the 3 scoops one (i have a GNC chocolate brand) is only 50G protein and usually throw in the 1% milk for the casein aspect of it. the reality of it all is i should just get casein protein mix but i went to go through what i have first.
