spinach vs. brocoli

i hate brocoli but love spinach. i was wondering since they are both green veg would spinach be a good replacement for brocoli. (vitamin wise and healthy) i hope so cuz i really can't stand that smelly shit. pardon for any ignorance on the subject diet is not my best area

Calorie wise 1 cup of each cooked is about the same, also same macro make up. As for fiber brocoli is higher. Vitamin A spinach is higher. Vitamin C brocoli is higher. That is all I know.

My wife thinks I'm gross for liking spinach. When I cook it and toss it in a bowl she says it looks like the gunk I wipe off my shoes after mowing the lawn!LMAO
