I've goten back into strength training here about 1.5-2months ago and since then my strength is reaching new levels and my body is looking better than b4, I've gained about 15pounds thus far and have seemed to of plateaued....
Thus my thinking is I need to start eating more or add another little meal somewere in the day to keep the gains coming.... 15 pounds sounds like a lot but it's not too much coming out of a ruptured appendix surgery were I lost 10 pounds due to the fact that post-surgery the e-coli and nasty bacteria swimming around freely in my gut kept me on iv's and liquid only diets of chicken broths.![]()
