Diet help
I was 6ft 203 around 9% body fat. I did test and primo for 9 1/2 weeks. Had to stop early cause I got the flu. When I finished my pct I got drunk and broke my leg. I can tell I'm losing muscle, but worst of all gaining body fat. Any suggestions what to do?

Do some upper body exercises to help maintain some muscle and lower your calories to reflect your lower energy output due to the broken leg.

What should be my calorie count?

No one can give you an exact answer to that one. I would drop 200 daily cals at a time for a week until my weight stabilized.
