met too. Because from what I experienced, test put weight on me. Made me bigger. And since I am not a BB and my goal was to get smaller, the test did otherwise. So I would like to hear too. Would steroids EVER help a female get smaller? That is my question.

And weight loss and smaller are 2 different things.

Post-cycle, it seems like every day I'm getting fatter, literally...not trying to be a whiny b**** about it, but all my hard work is going down the drain...is this normal?! I train regularly (sometimes 2x/day) and have a balanced diet. Caloric intake (including carb) is higher now, as my previous diet was not healthy, but within the range of a generally fat-loss-inducing caloric deficit, etc. I am now wondering if I need to have a moderate protein/moderate fat/low carb diet? Insulin sensitivity? Aaaah, so confused

When you say smaller do you mean loose mass?

If so dont aim to loose mass, honestly I think u will regret it in the long term

AAS are anabolic (hence the name) so they are not going to assist in catabolism

Cortisol is a catabolic hormone which will increase muscle breakdown via gluconeogenesis

lol u guys are funny. Well, I did gain 7-9lbs back the moment I stopped winny and started eating decently and carefully - my system is all over the place. I was 147 at my lowest weight during the cycle, now 155-158...yuck. 26% bf% now. more yuck.
I saw a nutritionist/dietician today, and they basically said that the intense training coupled with sub 900 cal/day diet (I know, I know, I just wish I'd known THEN) has pretty much depleted my body of stored nutrients and so on, so I'm fighting to get back on track with training, STILL fighting the cold, and wrestling with getting my body used to a proper diet. So I'm happy to PM the photos from before but until I can get my life sorted out the current ones will have to wait. What a mess I am :s

Glad you are amused. The longer you hang around, the more comedy you will see.
I think I have a huge deep belly laugh where I am grasping for breath about once a day here.
    Healing gut busting laughter.

So...the more you get to know the cast of characters, the funnier it gets.

So on behalf of my comrades, we thank you for the compliment!

ps: hope you feel better soon......
