I'm 23 5' 8" 190 lbs 14% bf. I have lifited for 5 years and work out 5 days a week.
Day 1 - chest
Day 2- back
day 3 - shoulders/traps
day 4 - bis/tris
day 5 - legs
day 6/7 - cardio/off
I need help with my diet. I have been researching on the net the past couple of days trying to find out the best way to go for A lean bulk diet and im thinking i need 20% protien 60% carbs and 20% fats with around 3000 cals a day. m i in the right direction?
