Meal intake
Im just researching everything atm before i start my cycle sometime late next year(i know its ages away, but i want to be researched up and know what im doing)
In alot of the posts here i have read, everyone talks about your meal intake 2/3 hours. What if this cannot be done due to the restraints of your job? How much of a big impact would it be if u only had. Something along the lines of this??
Breakfast(5:30am)
1st break(9:30am)
Lunch(12pm),
Knock off(3:30pm),
PWO shake(5/6pm)
Dinner(7/8pm)
Night time shake(9:30pm)

That's not so bad. Life doesn't allow us to always do everything 100% on the spot, by the 'book'. Ideally 2.5 - 3 hours is best, but if you can't do that you do the best you can. What you have laid out is fine.

My goal is to add more size, but to get ripped at the same time. I was once fat and have gotten myself down to something quite well.
Thats what i looked like 3 years ago. I went to the gym, but didnt really goto the gym if you know what i mean. Most of that was eating right and my job. So i have the dedication to follow anything i put my mind to. Joined a better gym last year and been pushing myself, learning how to do things the right way etc etc. But i wont do my first cycle till im 24(may) or even after that.
Im 6"2 95Kgs(209lbs)Last edited by The Frame; 01-11-2011 at 05:07 AM.

The quality and quantity of your nutrients is far more important than the timing. Get that down, then worry about timing.

its slow getting responses due to the Holidays! i am not an expert on diet but i am sure someone will chime in soon! few things i see that you might want to change, in your first meal, remove the shake and replace it with oats, and you can eat it with milk like cereal! then take the rice out of snack 1 and lunch, and replace it with more greens, or maybe sweet potato with lunch. i believe your target totals are good to start with.

Your diet is not bad, the only things that I noticed are that you don't count your steamed veggies (not a big deal, just curious) and that you're taking flax oil. If you are taking it for omega 3 intake I would just take more fish oil.
