diet help!
need help,
doing 40 mins cardio a day and medium lifting cardio 7 days a week and lifting 6 days
need to lose body fat quickly
need a good diet to start with ?

3 egg whites for breakfast grilled chicken for lunch grilled chicken salad for dinner protien shake after the gym isopure
