    diet help!

    need help,

    doing 40 mins cardio a day and medium lifting cardio 7 days a week and lifting 6 days
    need to lose body fat quickly

    need a good diet to start with ?

    What is that? Also, as Slimmerme stated you need to provide much more info to get any advice.

    3 egg whites for breakfast grilled chicken for lunch grilled chicken salad for dinner protien shake after the gym isopure

    Food choice isn't bad, you need to give us weight/body fat. What time do you eat these meal? How much of it? If your serious about dieting you need to start measuring/weighting your food.
