Dude, go to a nice restaurant or at least some sort of All American Buffet where they have everything. Even when not on a diet, your choices wouldn't appeal to me since I've turned over five years old.

Try a cheat meal rather than a cheat day, you'll do far better. Also I agree with most, your choices? c'mon, if your going to cheat, go for a cheat!

No not for me, i've just had too much of it. I used to eat about 19 slices at buffets twice a month about 7-8 years ago. It helped me get seroius with my body again though

Thanks. A good tip is to make your cheat meal the last meal of the day and use it as incentive to do a good hard cardio session that day. I got the idea from the Palumbo diet and the logic is, you can't cheat again if it's your last meal. Hell, even if you stay up late and sneak a few snacks in addition, it's not like a whole day.

If I ever feel the need for a cheat meal now, I always do this. In the past, if I attempted a cheat meal in the middle of the day - it would spiral into a bad weekend or something.

yeah exactly, you're absolutely right. It's happened to me before and I almost fell for it this weekend. It's a nice tip, i'll take it into consideration next time. Thanks!
