I used to do 40/40/20, now I'm trying 40/30/30.
i've been told over and over cut carbs, increase fat....mine look like this... 40-30-30...dunno, i'm still a rookie but i do know you need fat to burn fat :)
Depends on cutting or bulking. mnkc, you are correct best way to regulate fat gain is through carb manipulation.
I'm cutting for spring right now and my split looks like this:
P=230g-920
F=100g-900
C=120g-480
Total-2300 split into 8 meals.
