Diet help
Hi guys, I'm gonna be starting the beginners standard cycle soon and I'm struggling with the diet, knowing what to eat and how to eat given time is fine but I've just started a new job as a van driver doing many drops across a large area and due to traffic, slow ppl I generally dnt get a lunch break but cud have 1hr driving which u cud call a 'break' so.... My questions are
Wat do I do?
Breakfast is not a prob as can do eggs/oats/shakes but for the other meals I'm stuck, cud I just cook a loaf of chicken breasts n munch on them?

I understand the frustration dude. If you can not keep up with a good diet I wouldn't bother starting a cycle, whatever your cycle may be, it would be a waste if your diet isn't in check. You wouldn't go too far without proper diet.
Glad you came to this section to get help, post your goal, bulk, lean, etc. Current diet with time, macros (protein/carbs/fat/ cals) is important. Break them down and post them. Post your body weight and BFT% as well.
I am not sure if your driving ALL DAY and legit have no time to stop and eat? or Your just sitting in a van waiting for calls? Either post your diet and goal bro.

I'd also like to know what a 'beginners standard cycle' consists of.

Found in a book I received on my birthday that I forgot about until now...I hope this helps someone...
Bodybuilder diet manual www.usadietplans.com
Intro...the body builder diet is a safe and effective way to build muscle and shed excess body fat without taking steroids or any other harmful substances. The bodybuilder diet plan consists of 40% carbohydrates, 40% proteins, and 20% fat. The bodybuilder diet plan provides extra protein for optimal muscle repair and growth.
It is a 42 page booklet filled with a lot of diet info broken down to its simplest form. It even breaks down your meals and snacks by percentages. All you have to do is eat what the book has labeled your 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 calorie meal or snack. Basically its a BB diet book for dummies. I forgot I had it. Very good starter guide.
But I would still like an experienced person to answer my above question as I am a info junkie and love to collect any and all info on all aspects of training and catalog it in 3 ring binders for reference.

Invest in a good cooler and tupperware; pack your own food. You'll eat better when prepared....if you choose too!

get the mental side of this thing solid before you cycle, otherwise you will wipe out and waste your money and end up being more frustrated than ever, aas hyper-accentuates your emotions and if you aren't dialed in mentally before you use them you will definitely not be while you are using them.
