    Cool My diet/training plan etc (open for discussion)

    Hi,

    I am currently running 500mg/week of test e and 200mg/week of deca .
    Here is my diet plan:

    I am trying to bulk up whilst keeping as little BF of me as possible, i know a gain in BF probably will happen but here is my diet for you guys to have a ponder at. This was done on excel so if something doesn't add up then you know why!

    Also i workout in the mornings but should i be looking at cardio in the morning and weight training at night and do a split routine?????

    Thats a lot of cardio for someone looking to add muscle. Also your fat intake is really low. I would add some fish oil

    I was thinking of adding nuts to the shakes that i have to increase the good fat side of things.
