I am currently running 500mg/week of test e and 200mg/week of deca.
Here is my diet plan:
I am trying to bulk up whilst keeping as little BF of me as possible, i know a gain in BF probably will happen but here is my diet for you guys to have a ponder at. This was done on excel so if something doesn't add up then you know why!
Also i workout in the mornings but should i be looking at cardio in the morning and weight training at night and do a split routine?????
