Hi, first time poster here just wondering what you all think of a meal plan i have made for cutting and any criticism or changes to be made to it thanks in advance.
I am about 5.11' and 230lbs but with around 30% bf
Meal 1 – Breakfast – 9.30
50g Oats with water
6 Scrambled Eggs – 2 eggs 4 whites
Meal 2 11.30 - Snack
2 tb of flax seed
135g Tin of mackerel
Meal 3 - 1.30
Coffee g Protein
150g Chicken
2 pieces brown bread
Meal 4 - 3.30 – Post workout Meal
Banana
double protein shake
2 Pieces White Bread no butter
Meal 5 - 5.30
150 g chicken breast
115g B rown Rice
1 tbs olive oil
Meal 6- 7.30 - before run 8/8.30
Protein shake
Meal 7 - 9.30
Lean cut steak
75 g Bag Vegetables
With 75g greek yogurt
Meal 8 - 11.30
Protein shake with milk
100g cottage cheese
oh and i do about 40 -60 mins cardio a day now.
