I am running 500mg test e/week and deca 200mg/week, below is my calories etc.
Carbs: 432.9g
Protein: 250.1g
Fat: 41.7
K/cals: 3055
My BMR is 2723kcal
I do 30 mins cardio twice a week and my weight training sessions are all on mornings.
I also take
6 amino acid tablets pre training
6 post training
6 before bed
1 a-z vitamin tablet per day
Do i need more calories if so i could raise this to about 3250Kcal per day.
