I'm going to start my diet soon. i no each meals should contain protein/fats/and good carbs,

I'm looking for a diet plan.basically what to eat when to eat,
i don't want to eat same thing every day, more of a 5day plan so i can rotate,

and my cals per day @ 2000. and looking to eat 6-8 small meals perday.

so please give me your diet plans so i can get on with the diet so i can shredd some fat off my ass
