Ok, I'm looking to try out a keto style diet for 4 weeks... This is more of an experiment to see how I react to it, and also want to drop abit of bf before I go to thialand.
I was toled macros should be around this..
2 weeks with 300g protein 0carbs 200g fat
and then 1 day 100g protein 400g carbs 50g fat and repeat.
Has anyone tried this?
