Basically i have great genetics and put on muscle like there is no tomorrow at 18 i have an impressive set of lifts and great muscle mass.
The problem? iv put on alot of fat over christmas and a 3 month break, i cannot even seen my abs, i have love handles, abit of fat on my face, and i look even bigger due to the muscle mass.
My plan
My plan is currently in action and i am getting my old muscle mass back and fast iv just started creatine again so that will even more mass to me, once iv got even more muscle mass then before and the huge chest i so badly needi shall begin the cut down for summer, by taking whey protein shakes to prevent catabolic breakdown and also take a thermo agent to help my metabolism, but i know i need to do weight training cardio and have a very good diet.
So i need you guys to give me advise say where im wrong what i can do better and what my diet should consist of, im also in 6 hour education 5 times a week so i tend to binge junk food for the stress, but this is a habit i feel i can kick with ease.
