Help! Lets get huge! Bulking diet extreme
Hey all i just registered on this board but was a long time reader and researcher.I am starting a bulking phase for the whole year till 2012.Im 22 never ran a cycle sitting at 245-260.I do hold stomach fat but im not gonna lie im pretty damn muscular.[I] was bulking up for last 7 months but put on quit a bit of fat in the process.Im starting a new lean bulk and im very serious because knowing my body since working out since 16 i think i have a chance at getting to a big level at this sport.I just want my diet down pat then move on to cycling by 2012.ALL YOUR HELP WILL be appreciated.LETS GET MOTHERUCKING HUGE!!!!!
Meal 1-----B12 Shot 1000mcg/ 2 fish oil /Multi-Vitamin/ B-Complex/ 1000mg Vitamin c/
2 cups egg whites 2 whole eggs
2 Ezekiel bread (fruit salad)
Pre Weight And Cardio workout
10g Monohydrate salt (energy drink, tea, coffee…(sugar free)
Post Weights Pre Cardio Shake
4 scoops BCAAS 10g Monohydrate salt
Meal 2 PWO-----2 fish oil /Multi-Vitamin/ B-Complex/ 1000mg Vitamin c/
12 oz cooked (chicken turkey seafood fish )
cup brown rice (uncooked) seasonings butter 2 cups min. (bunched) spinach
Meal 3----- 2 fish oil/1000mg Vitamin c/
12 oz cooked(chicken turkey seafood fish red meat)
2 sweet potatoes
veggies with dip
Meal 4-----2 fish oil/1000mg Vitamin c/
12 oz cooked(chicken turkey seafood fish )
2 sweet potatoes
veggies with dip
Meal 5 Pre Bed-----2 fish oil/1000mg Vitamin c/
7 whole eggs
¼ cup almonds and ¼ cup walnuts
veggies with dip
*DRINK 2 Gallons Water a day

ive read alot of study showing that vit c dosages that are betweeon 5-15g taken per day has a lot of benefits for natty test levels and the whole bodys performance.I read alot of forums of the pros talking and alot of them are taking 15g vit c per day.

so what do you think about the diet? im not a big fan of shakes and i cut out dairy. i just cant seem to get the macros right.I dont understan how some people come on this board,list there blking diets and actually follow it.I find it hard but im gonna try and do it.

to be honest man i would cut back on the fat from all those whole eggs to get leaner gains, did you get the totals down? What are they if you have them? Here is my bulking diet http://forums.steroid.com/showthread...have-a-queston......
plus 12 oz of protein in one sitting is a lot of food and i dont think i could do it but you are a big guy. I am currently 196 and 5'9 14% body fat

im cuting all sugars out so obviously the creatine transport will be minimized but i heard that sodium plays a part in transporting creatine and making it store in the muscle. so ill try it out.Thats why im gonna be taking 20g a day to compensate for missed tranported creatine i would of got if dextrose was in the mix.

i no bro i gotta get the macros and amounts down im still workin on that.just wanna know what a bigger guy like me would eat in protein in one sitting.is 12oz of chicken cooked too much? also i knew i was gonna get negative feedback towards the whole eggs ill switxh it to 1 cup egg whites.... anyone else?

I think that it looks good but if it were me i would add a shake before and after and since your bulking. A good one is Iso mass extreme. Its not the best tasting thing around and I drink it with water but it works great and has a lot of great stuff in it.

ya i got you man but when i drink shakes i get full and tend to hold alittle more fat with the liquid meals...i put size on fast,lose fat easy when i want, but also store fast just as fast...

Im setting at 265 with my abs in ok shape and I agree that you should do 8oz and add another meal into the day. Also my suggestion is that eggs are fast absorbing protein so while im on my bulking i eat 8oz of lean ground beef before bed.

i got you man..cant wait till end of my bulk...im bulking till 2012 then starting a test only cycle...do you think i should keep bulking while on cycle because this is going to be my first one...

I could be wrong but I have a feeling excess bodyfat is going to become a problem and may already be one. If you have a picture to post that would help quite a bit.

well all i cant tell you is i can see outeroutline of absafter a brutal workout but usually fads away when feeding starts throughout the day...i dont mean to be a show off but im a big boy genectically giftes im 5`11 too.I just know im gonna explode when my first test cycle starts....fireguy do you think 12oz cooked of lean meat in one meal too much..like everyone said cut the protein to 8 oz with more meals but i cant find time to have that many meals...do u ever eat 12oz in one meal

hey firguy...well i can prob take pics tomrow to show u....all i can say is my outer upper abs show after a brutal workout....so i dunno wat u think 14 15 percent bodyfat..

For me 12oz is too much, 8oz is usually plenty with a ceiling of 10oz. There are exceptions to every rule and you may be one of them. For me 5-6oz works just fine. Then again I am very happy staying a lean 215lbs.

Same here - most of my meals are around 5 - 6oz, but in all fairness i'm not bulking now. To me, 12oz would seem to be too much in one sitting for most people - we're talking upwards of 70g per...

Like they said when you start it depends on your bf%. Send the pics in so we can get a look at you so we can better help with your diet. Also dont be supprised if you bf is higher than you think, do you no any one that can test it most gyms can.
