    BF% help please guys

As per my precious threads in the anabolic page I am planning on a cycle but before I start I want to cut my bf% down a bit, I've always worked on me being 15%bf but.........

Last night I went on 3 separate machines to test weight and bf% and..... They were all different, I was 15%, 17% and 19%.... this is within the space of 30 mins...

    So.... What do I do?

    I'm 5Ft 8, 80kg in the morning, and 25...

What is the best way to get bf done? Also... What is the best way to hit the fat? I dmt want to burn muscle aswel? I would like to be 12% before cycling... I had plans of starting test/anavar on 21st march (enough time for 12 week and pct before lads holiday :-) so, is that possible?

    Thanks guys.

The best way is to use calipers or use a body fat monitor. I have both and the readings come out the same. You can also ask at your gym to have a body fat test done. Almost all of them will do it for you for free.

the best thing would be to get a dexa but if you are looking for a cheap way get a caliper.

Sure you can accomplish that but you will lose also lots of muscle fibers.

A correct diet and a proper exercise in time (no 2 months) will lead you to have good and lasting results.

How many years of lifting experience and post your current exercise program with all of the specifics, exercise/reps/sets/poundages. If you post pics here it will help us to better design a program for you.

At 176 lbs and 19% your looking at about 14 lbs of fat to drop to 12%. 14 lbs / 8 weeks = 1.75 lbs per week
