besides whey and casein shakes, what are you guys having thats chocolate and has next to zero sugar? I tried having a tiny bit of 100% cocoa to take that edge off but its nasty..

Well, you can just buy unsweetened baker's chocolate. Just add melt it in the microwave, add artificial sweetener and you can use it sparingly without guilt. There's basically no sugar but remember, all chocolate is high in fat. Spread it on some egg/whey protein pancakes, make a sandwich on Ezekiel bread with peanut butter - whatever.

done it. My biggest problem is nightime after dinner and before bed. If I dont go to bed soon after my cottage cheese Im a little restless and Im looking for chocolate.

During the day Im fine cause Im doing things and such....

Too bad it doesnt go with cottage cheese......that actually sounds nasty, lol...

Blend your cottage cheese in the food processor for like 5 minutes, scraping down the sides every couple minutes so there's no lumps. Add vanilla extract and lots of stevia as well as cocoa and/or the baker's chocolate I mentioned above. It's soft-serve ice cream.

Im just challenged with that before bed meal. Dont get me wrong its not the greatest but at least I can get some variety in there......I just found sugar free and low sugar ketchup. So if I decide to start having some ground sirloin ( seasoned up of course ) I can add a little s.f ketchup....

my 2 biggest vices : chocolate and ketchup....

youre right. The only place I found s.f.ketchup is online. My stores do not even carry reduced sugar ketchup. But something is telling me that it cannot be that good, not even close. We'll see what happens........thanks....
