Are these calculations right?
If I weigh 175 pounds and my bf is work case 19%
175 x 0.19 = 33.25 pounds of fat
175 - 33.25 = 141.75 lean weight
So if i wanna be 12% bf i would be weighing in at 158.77 pounds?

Ur maths is correct but the human body does not work like a calculator
If you were to diet you would loose water weight as well as maybe a little muscle.
Dont worry about numbers tho, just focus on bringing that BF down and u will look better

That was gonna be the thing, as when u lose weight you dnt just 100% lose fat, as u say... Water and usually some muscle...
