Clen and dieting!!
I am starting to do a cyle wit clen im 20 years old 5'4'' and 150 pnds the clen are 40 mcg each what is a recommended cycle and progression and how should I diet?

What's your current diet like?
At 150lbs, why are you even taking clen ?

because i work my ass off at the gym 5 days a week 1hr of cardio atleast everytime and see no results even when dieting! right now no diet in particular i always watch what I eat but when starting the clen I want to go on a strict diet and see results, I mainly want to loose the weight in my stomach and finally get a flat toned stomach

He wants to take clen to loose body fat D7M , thats usually why its taken.

Really? Thanks, I had no idea.
My point, though sarcastic, was that clen would be the last thing I'd recommend to someone 150lbs.
To the OP, I think you should put the clen down for now, train hard and diet consistently and you'll see the results in no time.

without knowing what your current eating habits are we cant help you on the diet part. usually lowering bad carbs will help alot , but i dont know what your eating anyways. Clen opens the door , Diet will get you through. Clen alone wont be successful enough because you only have a 2 week on period anyways.

With ketotifen you can run clen indefinitely.

Running anything indefinitely is not a wise decision.
Awkward...you may want to try doing some reading on your own regarding clen . While relying on others for comments can be helpful; its never a substitute for your own educated decision.

Baddgsx, I think it's grossly irresponsible to say, "clen opens the door" - it will make little to no difference at all unless everything else is dialed in perfectly and even then, it's not exponentially more effective than other stimulant fat burners. Why a 150 lb. guy who seems to no nothing of how the compound works needs a very strong anti-catabolic fat burner I believe was the point D7M was making. I've run clen and I respond OK to it but no different than a homemade ECA stack. While it may not be as severe a measure as cycling, it's not to be taken lightly and for someone who isn't ready - I'd say the risk outweighs the reward with such a high prevalence of sides.
Anyway, I'm not here to preach. Start with a very low-dose like 20 mcg. I run it increasing at 10 mcg per day for 2 weeks, topping out at 160 - I don't bother amping back down, I just stop at the high dosage when the 2 weeks is up. That's me though, I know some people who have headaches and serious shakes at 120 mcg, so they probably shouldnt go higher.

Seems like a quarter of all posts are about Clen lately...despite all the available info.
I will admit, I asked a question about Clen too last week, but only because I couldn't find any info on my specific experience.
