9-5 Plans
I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.
What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?
I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

I (most of us) cook everything in bulk on the weekends, portion out with a food scale and store in tupperware. In the mornings, I just grab and go. I keep a big cooler at my desk all day. Full on meals - chicken breast and brown rice, lean beef and whole grain pasta, etc. Right now I workout in the am, so my preworkout meal is eggs/egg whites, a shake and 1 cup oats. PWO meal is shake and 1 cup oats, so again, very easy.

I bring a couple of cooked chicken breast with some rice or salad. Alternatively I also bring fish instead of chicken.
