187 in weight now
bf - 12-16% some were in that
my abs show but i cant take alot of skin in my hand its weird? thick skin

3 whole eggs 3 whites 2 piece of toast 1 glass whole milk
pre lunch
1 scoop whey
lunch
1 lb of ground beef with tomatoe sauce and toast 1 glass whole milk
pre workout
1 scoop whey
post workout
1 scoop whey
dinner
1 lb meat with potatoe..
okay thats like the averege day of food with me NOW somehow i went from 195 at begining of Jan to 187 now? and my arms grew but i feel like my chest shrunk and i got kind of a small gut but abs *wrestler belly i call it*
i work out intense and do cardio 3 times a week at a 60% moderate speed for like 20 mins.. Eliptical / treadmill / stairmaster

What am i doing wrong to be losing weight? its pissing me off on 1 hand its good cause i got a tournament in 10 days at 185 and now all i have to lose is 2 lbs but i wasnt planning on losing weight lik this but by water reduction day b4... so what the heck? any comments on this?
